2. Product Orders and Customization
2.1 Order Process
- All custom orders require written confirmation and approval of design specifications
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to custom products as specified in quotations
- Standard lead time is 25 business days from design approval, subject to order complexity
- Rush orders may be available at additional cost upon request
2.2 Design and Specifications
- You are responsible for providing accurate specifications, measurements, and design requirements
- We will provide up to 3 design concepts within 3 business days of receiving complete requirements
- Design revisions beyond the initial 3 concepts may incur additional fees
- Final approval of design and specifications must be provided in writing before production begins
2.3 Sampling
- Physical samples are provided within 15 business days of design approval
- Sample fees are charged separately and may be credited toward bulk orders
- Sample approval is required before mass production commences
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs, quantity, and customization requirements
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation
3.2 Payment Terms
- Sample orders: 100% payment in advance
- Bulk orders: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment
- Established accounts may be eligible for Net 30 payment terms upon approval
- Accepted payment methods: Wire transfer, PayPal, credit card (processing fees may apply)
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Methods
- We offer door-to-door delivery via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or freight forwarding
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (buyer's responsibility)
4.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by destination
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
5. Quality Assurance and Defects
5.1 Quality Standards
- All products undergo rigorous quality inspection before shipment
- Products meet international environmental certifications (SGS, FDA)
- We maintain a defect rate of less than 1% across all product lines
5.2 Defective Products
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
- We will replace defective items free of charge or issue a full refund at our discretion
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear is not covered
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Custom Products
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins
- Orders may be cancelled before production starts with a 20% cancellation fee
6.2 Stock Products
- Stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned items
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and custom work remain your intellectual property
- We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary designs without written permission
- We respect all trademark and copyright laws and expect the same from our clients
8. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of custom design work. All client information, designs, and specifications are kept strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers, material suppliers).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe Display Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
10. Warranty
- We provide lifetime maintenance and technical support for all custom products
- Structural defects in materials or workmanship are covered for 12 months from delivery
- Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or material shortages.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
